Section 13
Formation of Executive Council

(1) There shall be an Executive Council consisting of the following members to act as the executive body of the University:-
(a) Vice-Chancellor – Chairman (b) Principal – Member
(c) One member from among the Deans of the Institute of Studies (d) one member from among the Deans of the Faculty (e) Two members from amongst the teachers of the University (f) Registrar – Member – Secretary
(2) The assembly shall nominate the members as per clauses (c), (d) and (e) of sub-section (1) for two years on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor.
